Francis Sampson keeps the tidiest Organic farm we know of! It is genuinely spotless. Francis is probably the most industrious of our local suppliers. Unlike most smaller local producers, he only sells wholesale and focuses on a small range of vegetables that thrive in the salty, windy conditions of his sun drenched but exposed soils. Like his farm, his produce is immaculate and his highly productive fields at Cargease Farm near Penance, keep us stocked with brassicas and roots all through the autumn and winter months into early spring. His super tightly formed cauliflowers are particularly reliable, fresh and flavoursome.
