We are a local smallholding near Helston which produces seasonal foods with very much an eye on sustainability and recycling. We produce sheep, pig and cattle meats from our small herds of native breed animals. We also produce duck eggs.
We grow a variety of vegetables, especially unusual and less common varieties of 'standard' vegetables as well as more 'exotic' types, such as tomatillos, padron peppers and chillies.
We produce marmalade, jams, preserves, pickles and chutneys in season from our own soft fruits, particularly with less common ingredients, such as our tomatillos, padrons and pumpkins. Our marmalade is often described as how marmalade used to taste and this is the only product we currently sell via the Coop.
We hope to offer chutneys in the Autumn once our harvest comes in. We try to produce the slightly unusual and if you have a taste for this please let us know- we may be growing it already! You can follow and message us on Facebook and Instagram too.
